  • Query data on SQL and develop, maintain, and enhance 20+ dashboards on Tableau server, improve dashboard readiness, data accuracy and save substantial time in daily data validation and BI reporting for business stakeholders

  • Developed 5+ ETL pipelines and automated reporting processes using Google BigQuery, Python, and Power Automate, resulting in a 15% improvement in workflow efficiency

  • Collaborate exclusively with inventory planning and replenishment business team and act as their database expert, managed various projects on Jira, perform 20+ ad-hoc analyses and reporting that enhance operational performance and inform long-term supply chain strategy

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, identified and resolved database inefficiencies, ensuring accurate pipelines & reporting and alignment with business objectives         

  • Research 1: Research how Ed-tech Adoptions affect student performance during COVID-19

  • Research 2: Scrape data from multiple sources, conduct sentiment analyses, and advise Emory Goizueta's MBA/MSBA programs on improvements in multiple aspects.

  • Performed end-to-end data analysis and ETL processes using PySpark, Python, and SQL on Azure Databricks, handling 40MM transaction data from multiple databases, presented key customer insights on Tableau

  • Implemented RFM model for customer segmentation, formulated promotion campaign strategy, and designed A/B tests for loyalty program

  • Built ML model to forecast customer attrition period with 95.4% accuracy & 91.7% F1 score, developed CatBoost regression model accurately predict days until next purchase within a range of ±1.69 days

  • Generated actionable insights through in-depth user engagement data analysis on Python, initiated global user growth strategy and onboarded 100k community members, added new revenue stream for product through partnerships

  • Led and managed 10+ Discord campaigns on Jira, maintained strong relationships with users, invented redemption system resulting in 200% increase of server activation rate, elevated app retention rate by 15%

  • Collaborated with the product team to implement KPIs to test new features and created dashboards & reports using SQL and Tableau to track performance, leading to a 15% decrease in user attrition

  • Executed 5+ primary market research on SQL for 10 clients' annual reports and BrandZ brand equity database 

  • Designed and distributed surveys, collaborated with the data processing team on analyzing respondents’ data, visualized and presented actionable insights to clients on Looker, and eventually helped them launch the product in a new national market

  • In this program, I participated in Huawei's online training. Topics included cut-to-edge technologies: 5G technology, cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence, machine learning and Huawei Mobile Services.

  • Operated Eloqua automation tools, managed and optimized omnichannel marketing campaigns and contents, managed client relationships at all levels, and increased customer engagement by 15% 

  • Tracked leads & campaigns data on Salesforce, visualized findings on Power BI to assist sales decision making
